Finding Factors
In this lesson, students will find the factors of the numbers listed in the worksheet.
First, you will copy the worksheet so that each student will have a copy.
Then, you will explain about factors. Factors are numbers that you multiply together to get a product.
Here’s an example: Factors of 24
12 x 2 = 24
6 x 4 = 24
1 x 24 = 24
3 x 8 = 24
Factors: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24
After that, you will pass out the worksheets so the students can work on them independently.
