Learning The Basic Shapes
You will show the students the different shapes such as circle, triangle, square, and rectangle. Then, you can give them the worksheet I've included in this lesson.
First you will show the students the basic shapes (circle, triangle, square, and rectangle) and talk about the differences such as no sides and how many sides. After that, you will pass out the worksheet and have the students draw a line from one figure to the matching figure. Then, you will pick up their worksheets so you can see how they did.
Alternate Lesson: You can draw the shapes and have the students match the words to the shapes.
