  • I attended LHS from 2001 till 2005 and was very involved in this school's extra curricular activities. I believe this school is headed for a change with the new school coming into place and the every growing city of Leeds. However the Brief Description on this website needs to be changed not ALL students are on welfare and I'm surprised that's all this website had to say. Why not talk about how supportive the community is of our teachers and staff and how they are willing to rally behind their students (i.e. when we, as a city almost lost our schools). My mother and father both fought for our new school system, which is obviously doing great, due to our two new schools. So I challenge this website to find out who the real Leeds City Schools are, instead of focusing on a pointless issue like school lunch programs.
