(2 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - This school site and your high school sites are in a C- to D rut that can only change with vigorous attack on the status quo. The statistics and remarks on the websites make it evident that your principal leadership is either cynical or discouraged. You have very bright young teachers coming into your schools dedicated to serving less advantaged youth and challenging students but discouraged and dismissed by inept principals.
Excellence cannot be achieved by passively acquiescing to seniority, familiarity or path of least resistance while your dropout rate and low scores shout the inadequacy of the preparation students are receiving for a competitve world.
Not acceptable, not at all.
