  • I think Park Hill COULD be a great school. My kids have attended Park Hill for the past 3 years. We have a few great teachers, a lot of "good enough" teachers and a few that need some mentoring. The principal is mediocre at best. She is a step up from the last principal. What makes the school great though, is the parents. Its such a community and so many parents get involved in this school. If it wasn't for the parents and their involvement, we would have left.

  • I have been a volunteer at Parkhill school for the past 4 years and have found the school to be exciting and excellent. I think it is still the great school that our children attended in the 70s and 80s.

  • i started my schooling at park hill in 1940! my father was a major in the army-air force at that time. we lived right across the street on elm st. our house there is gone now and it is a parking lot. it was right behind the house on the corner directly across from the school. i have been back to visit that area three different times in the last 18 yrs. it was so good to see the school still looked exactly the same as it did all those years ago. it is a beautiful school. i live in Texas now but have always had a special place in my heart for park hill. would love to hear more about the school now and see some pictures. i remember my teacher well. i am now 71 years old. do you have any records from that far back? my name was juanita ethlyn gibson. thank you. if you do happen to have any records from that far back i would appreciate knowing.
