  • Does it count that I was a student at Allgood from 1965-1972? The Principal was Mr. Webb. Two teachers changed my life, Mrs. Nunnally in first grade she make us all want to learn. Now is home with our sweet Lord.
And Mrs. Johnson a fourth grade teacher, she instill in me the love of reading which is such a big part of my life now. I have passed that love of learning and reading on to both of our children.
My parents also instill in me the love of learning over the years. They stood behind the teachers and helped them in anyway they could. This is our problem today everyone wants to blame someone else for the problems. We must take ownership. Keep our children in our prayers, but also remember those teachers who need us to pray for them.
My years at Allgood......were the best they blessed my life!

    Thank you all
    Bless you!

  • I am a mother of 4 and never in all my years have I been to a school so unorganized, not only that some of the teachers
are so unfriendly and rude. I'm very disappointed with AllGood elementary school with the way some of the teachers talk to the children ,and nothing is being done about it. These are innocent children coming to school to get an education, but at the same time being verbally abused by some teachers. I am a parent of this situation and it's really sad when you as a parent try to take the right procedures in a situation and you're still ignored. It isn't till you lose your cool or even have to come down to certain individuals' level that people begin to notice. Well I guess so because now you're being shown up for not doing your job. OH, now you want to do something. I would strongly suggest if your child comes home and tells you that any adult has said any inappropriate words to them please parents take heed to that, more than likely they are telling the truth. Be aware and be alert when children tell you things because everything a child says isn't a lie!
