  • Blackburn Elementary has an excellent faculty that truly cares about the children they teach. The atmosphere at the school is very positive and teachers are encouraged to provide hands-on learning whenever possible. Blackburn also has certified teachers in P.E., Art., Music., and Computer Lab. The school is relatively new and is beautifully maintained.
