  • My son attended Rosemont Elementary prior to this school. Rosemont had the finest reputation. When he fell behind, the teachers and principal made all these plans to get him back on track, but they didnt follow through. I had to put him in Sylvan, to get him back on track. Then the principal tried to take credit. When he transferred to Unity, the teachers there didnt shove him aside to accommodate smarter students. They worked with him and worked with him. Now after 2 years, he is on track and his last grading period he made the honor roll and received 2 other awards. The kids at this school are not misbehaved. One bad apple here or there, does not make them all bad. Also I have never seen anything close to a booty dance there. Mrs Wallace is a fine principal. I have not seen a better principal since Ms Polly was at Rosemont. Mrs Wallace is definitly in the same class as her. The teachers are first rate also.

  • Not sure where the other two posters came out of the woodwork, but this is a great school! I volunteer at the school (which I'm sure the previous posters don't do) and the children are always well behaved. I've never seen any type of "booty" dancing at the pep rallies. My son has had the best education there. Perhaps the two previous posters should move.

  • Not impressed with school leadership...young girls are encouraged to "booty dance" at pep rallies...and are encouraged to practice their dances in the classroom during regular school hours. Very inappropriate/poor taste
