  • Guess I'm an old-timer. I started kindergarten at Foster Park in 1936 first year of opening of new school,graduated in 1945. Best years of my life, lived at 8643 S.Wood. I'm writing my autobiography with lots of memories of teachers and classes. My graduating class had 27 students, largest ever at that time. Can you possibly tell me what the total enrollment was in 1945? I went on to Calumet High, another great school at the time. My two sons also went to F.P.and had same 2nd grade teacher that I had
