  • My two children was transferred into this school last year (2009-2010). I must say, aside from the normal insecurities of being in a new environment, they adapted very well. So well that they're grades soared to where it was previously (straight A's)...one of them was even chosen to participate in this year's District Math Challenge.

Countryside's faculty and staff are friendly, as well as, sincere about the "safety and education" each child are rightly entitled to. So although there may be some who would disagree with me (which they are of course entitled to their opinion), however, the growth and performance of my children is enough evidence to satisfy any insecurities I may have had.

  • I went to this school personally. And after my first day i knew that it would not do. I changed schools because my mom moved, they were learning things in a review from last year i probably learned in fifth grade and i was in eighth grade. Not to mention that the dress code they had established was not even up to code or aloud, it had to be canceled and brought up to date. Also they treat all students as if they were five. Walking them to, as they call them "specials". It was utterly ridiculous. I obviously transfered back to my old school at once. I hope no one else goes to a school of such falling academics and standards.
