  • The school needs better teachers who don't care only about sports because the kids that do not play sports are being criticized. And it all depends on who you are and your last name!

  • I am a proud graduate of OGHS. I was a student from k-12th and the school was very strong in academics and sports.

  • I think they need a new principal. I don't like how she runs things and I agree with the other parent about sports being everything and if your child is not in sports they are left out of athletics and education.

  • Oak Grove is a school where playing sports is everything. If your child does not play sports he or she can be denied special privileges. This is quite ridiculous. Schools are for obtaining an education, not the advancement of the sports program. The staff as well as the (...) are centered around the athletics and not so much the education of our children. I have moved my child to Prairie View Academy in Bastrop Louisiana so he may be treated equally. It is quite obvious that the (...) is not qualified for the job at hand.

  • Great athletic program and educational system.
