  • Generally, the staff at Ridgely Elementary are well organized and committed. They work well on early identification and intervention with students who may be behind, getting them into special assistance programs evaluating the need for IEP's when necessary. At times the homework load for First and Second grades seems a little heavy, especially for parents who both work full time and struggle to find time to work through the homework load with multiple children.
