  • Hello, my name is Michael Martin Gulotta. I attended Heflin High School between '1996' and '1998' and I would like to request a copy of my transcripts and a copy of my high school year book picture. Reason for this is I live in Longview, Washington now and I can not obtain an Identification with out these things. Wa. D.M.V. also has to open my year book picture mail directly or will be deemed invalid and I must have a tax paying job or I can not pay child support. Please call (509-554-4733) or e-mail me for any information you may require, your haste is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
