  • Greetings,
I began school at JRF in 1961. Because I knew how to read, I was able to attend first grade at age 5. My first day was one of the most exciting that I remember. I ran from my mother as fast I was able to the bus stop where the older kids gave me "cuts" in line. I climbed on and rode to my first day with Miss Conlan never looking back. I would attend five more schools before graduating high school but JRF will always be a special memory in my mind.
