  • Northside is a caring, loving community of educators who have the best interest of the child. Joy Tyner is a hard-working administrator. She is fair-minded and smart. She runs a great school!

  • My child had the most wonderful experience at Northside. It is definitely a testament to great teachers that my child looked forward to getting up and going to school. He was actually sad to go to fourth grade!

  • Northside Elementary has sent fewer children to the alternative school than any other school in the district. The disciplinary issues that other bloggers have chosen to complain about are from the mouths of fools. Anyone who understands anything about education knows that it is imperative that the classroom function properly. Children are redirected and always encouraged to succeed. I know that everyone has a right to voice their opinions, but it surely seems that those who have written so far definitely have it out for one individual and probably are ineffective parents who have no idea what it means for a child to get a superior education.
