  • Pepper Tree is only K-6 (not 7th). They are very accommodating of kids with special needs. The teachers are loving and I could not be happier with the school's devotion to children.

  • I heard about the story of the request that children ware a pink ribbon or clothing to school on 3/13/2009. I was under the understanding that children that age were in school to get an education and not to be subjected to the political discourse of your teachers. I also understand that they are compensated rather well and are guaranteed retirement and lifetime medical on the backs of taxpayers. I strongly suggest that you be thankful for what your union leaders have pulled off. Because a lot of us out here are tired of being utilized as an ATM for yours and other special interest groups. I was very disheartened to hear the maniacal K grade teacher and the way she had no problem with manipulating the small children. Think about what you are teaching our children it is rather loathsome.
P.s. Ca. teachers do have an impressive record that you should all be so proud of. That being the 50% dropout record. Way to go what will you do for an encore. Stay at home collect your pay and be satisfied with a 100% dropout record next.
