  • This school has tons of activities and incentives to make children want to achieve. It is one of the highest ranked schools in the county and it shows. The staff and administration are excellent. We have had 2 nieces, a nephew, and our own 2 boys there. They all felt like their school was home and thrived at Rio Vista. I can't say enough about how great it has been!

  • SO FAR SO GOOD. MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN ATTENDING FOR ONE YEAR, AND SHE LOVES IT. THE TEACHERS AND STAFF ARE GREAT. THEY SEEM TO REALLY CARE ABOUT THE STUDENTS. THE PRINCIPAL IS ON HER JOB, WHICH I LOVE. AS LONG AS MY DAUGHTER IS HAPPY I AM.

  • My daughter, age 7, went to Rio Vista. She was being harrassed by students at school. I had noticied a change in her demeanor and on several occassions notified the school of what was happening. The girls continued to harrass my daughter and we subsequently had to move her to Galileo Academy where she is in a GATE full study program and is now exceeding expectations. I would not recommend this school because of the lack of enforcement related to negative student behaviors.

  • All three of my children have gone to this school spanning 10 years. All three LOVE this school. This is the best school in Apple Valley. The parents are very involved, the teachers are passionate and the Principal is wonderful. I do not have one bad thing to say about this school.
