  • One should not be surprised that special songs about the latest Democrat president have been taught to the youngest and most impressionable members of the school. After all, this is a PUBLIC school, whose staff is is led around by the nose by the teacher's union. The same union who routinely "sells it's soul" to the DNC. Interestingly, I cannot recall similar songs about the past Republican presidents. One of the sadder parts of this story is the fact that teachers who do not support the union's Democrat-centered agenda are left powerless. Sad indeed. The principal should be ashamed....................and removed!

  • Everyone who wrote a negative response due to the song sung are all idiots. It was a black history program not a everyday event. I think you are racist because it is a black President. There have been many songs sung about President Bush, Lincoln, and Washington in the school. Was that putting political view in the children... No because they are white. Why can't we all get along. There are many other things to fight for.

    Idiots................

  • What you are doing to those children is a disgrace!

No young mind should be brain washed like that no matter who is in the White House, or any other elected official.

It shows a complete lack of judgment on the organizers part, and when you hold the "public trust" as educators do, you should not be allowed around children at all.

Go brain wash by street preaching if you have the calling.

  • HOW DARE YOU ALLOW YOUR SCHOOL TO BRAINWASH THE CHILDREN & HACK THE BATTLE HYMN OF THE REPUBLIC! IF MY CHILDREN HAD BEEN SUBJECT TO THAT KIND OF SINGLE MINDEDNESS I WOULD HAVE PULLED THEM OUT WITHOUT HASTE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES & THAT TEACHER SHOULD BE FIRED!

  • Absolutely inappropriate behavior on the part of teachers and administration. If parents desire their children to worship "O" they can do it at home. No need to be bending young minds as is done in totalitarian countries. This is the United States of America. If public funding is being used to finance your activities it should be cut off.

  • Indoctrination? OH YES! What is this, North Korea or Cuba? Unreal! Parents unite, and do not stand for this. This is NOT what a public school should be teaching! They are supposed to teach kids HOW to think, not WHAT to think! I am just disgusted at things like this going on in MY America.

  • This school is indoctrinating its' students with politically motivated "chants" about Barack Obama. Is this district not concerned? This is NOT the place this needs to happen and is no different from adolescent brainwashing in a Pakistani madrassa.
