  • Most of the tax revenue in the district is spent on maintaining the extravagant Kensico Elementary, leaving Valhalla High School poorly funded.

  • This school is most definitely below average. The building itself is in poor condition, yet the budget permits purchasing dozens of MAC computers. The budget is almost exclusively devoted to maintaining Kensico Elementary, which never should have been built in the first place. There are far too many students who are struggling with their grades and all the district can do is send them to "The Learning Center". Not to mention, it is very likely the bus company that serves the district might be going bankrupt, leaving the district without any school buses.

  • Mismanagement of tax dollars, untrained teachers, school in poor condition, and vindictive dean of discipline.
