(5 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - We are new residents to the Raleigh area. My son began attendance at Millbrook Elem. after the Christmas holiday and has completed his 2nd grade year this past week. I was very concerned about his transition not only to a new environment, but with his "peers" as well. As school began, the staff made this transition less stressful, and very welcoming.
I am very happy for all of the resources that were supplied to us to make Devon's year a promising, and successful one.
I have another son who will be attending Millbrook for the fall of 07 and I am excited for him! Thank you Millbrook Elem. for all that you have done. From the principal, to the teachers, and the staff at the front desk, you all have made a difference in our move here!
