  • I grade this school an "F" only because of the bizarre behavior of one teacher and the way you let her get away with this stupid act. This is unexceptional on her part. She could have told the students to call her by her first name as my daughter does where she teaches, or call her by her name, and not make such a big deal about it. She had many options and just opted to punish children if they said her last name. This is so childish on her part. At home I tell my Grandchild when he refers to her to call her by her name. If she is so ashamed of the name she should have not even spoke the name to the children at all. I am sending a letter to the newspaper and school board about this in hopes it will be addressed. Thank you, Concerned Grand Parent.
