  • I agree with previous poster. School is good but bully issues aren't handled in a zero tolerance way.

  • The teachers have been great and we are happy with the education BUT our kids have been faced with bully issues. We have expressed our concerned with the the Principal 6 times and she is not addressing the situation to our expectations. There is supposed to be a 0 tolerance policy for this behavior but we have yet to see any action. We were so happy last year at Wilcox, its a amazing what a difference a Principal can make. We are extremely disappointed in Bissell Elementary.
