  • The elementary teachers are amazing. Gifted, compassionate... the list goes on. However, there does seem to be a lack of communication between upper staff. For instance, a parent calls in to report their child is sick with fever or any illness. That person reports okay thanks. While sicknesses come and go through the year and communication is primarily to that one contact - a letter from the d.a. arrives for truancy for this kindergarten child. I feel like if better communication could have been a tool used they might have saved this whole unwarranted incident. The classrooms, buildings and playground safety is also wonderful. Purcell has a dedicated p.t.o. and they love to receive new members. I have four children total at Purcell School Systems. I love the system as a whole.
