  • The staff at this school from administration down to the janitors are amazing. They put in the extra effort with each child that there is just no time for in the bigger districts. As for the person who said their child did not learn, I find it hard to beleive that the teachers and staff would let anyone go through that school without giving it their all. I sent my child there so he would get the attention he needed. He is now in a large district and so wishes he could be back at white rock.

  • People at this school really care about the students. They may not have the extra curricular sports that other schools have but just look at the test scores. The teachers and administration work hard to make sure no student falls through the cracks. PARENT involvement my be the problem with the reviewer that said their child did not learn. The school can only do so much.

  • THat is a lie. I was a student there and i have to say I learned more from the 7th grade teacher. She taught me how to do fractions after i had moved so much. They are one on one so if a student needs help. they start a tutoring session for them.

  • This school should be condemned, it is so far behind the times. My son is so far behind other kids his age that went to different schools. After finishing kindergarten at White Rock he can only spell basic words. Other 5-6 year olds that went to other schools can write whole paragraphs!
