(1 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - rude staff at front desk. very uninviting, wasn't impressed. Saw very few friendly faces on staff members. Morale problem?

- Front desk staff is rude. I've observed teachers screaming at children and punishing the children by humiliation. punishment is in front of all students in the area. Staff has told parents that they are discouraged from being in the building or for taking things to the children's classes, even when you sign up as per regulations. Don't dare try to pick up your kid by physically coming into the building and asking for your child, you may not receive authorization to your child, they may stand and block the door from you leaving with your child and they may send a resource officer after you. This was NOT a custody situation. This was simply a parent picking up a child after school hours and Yes! This happened! It happened to my family and Yes I am overwhelmed with the way this school has treated us.
