  • While the building and grounds may be in need of repair, the relationship between students and teachers (and parents, for that matter) is great. They do charge money for events, but you've got to realize that the building needs repairs and that they have low funding compared to other schools in the county. besides, they offer a variety of extra-curriculum activities that are not offered in most schools, and getting into all sports games are free.

  • The worst part of this school is the lack of communication between parents/teachers, teachers/principal/parents etc. The school is more concerned with the dress code and punishing children than they are with the education of the children. Last time I checked education and the children come first. At West Wilson money comes first. The school charges 4.00 pp to see your child perform in a choir concert. They also charge 4.00 per child to go to school dances. Wilson county needs to replace the board of education with people that really care about the children in wilson county schools.
