  • Pretty much a god awful school. I would rather home school my kids than have them in this environment

  • I know that when I went to Caney Creek that I hated going to school most of the time, but I honestly believe that I had a pretty decent bunch of teachers my 4 yrs of high school. Granted some were teaching to the TAKS, but I was in upper level classes, where the teachers cared more about the students than the test. I graduated Top 10% and I am still carrying a 3.0 GPA at Sam Houston State for 3 years now. I say that my teachers did their job well.

  • A complete wast of time. The teachers here rely only on getting a paycheck and the only way for them to do this is to get the kids to pass the TAKS test. The school shouldnt be about the TAKS but more important things such as where life will lead them in the future. This review is from a student in Caney Creek Highschool and i am telling you that somthing needs to change or the school will continue to fall
