  • I just think the above review is a little rude. "If you aren't willing to be the way we think you should be, don't bother coming." Seriously,a review like that will not bring people to RCISD. My children will be attending RCISD next year and I truly hope the rest of the residents, staff, and students are a little more open minded than that. My husband graduated High School there and I am excited that we get to go back to where he calls "home."

  • Rains Elementary is an outstanding educational facility. The LEADERSHIP is inspiring. The standards set for the students and staff encourage every person to reach their full potential. Individuals willing to go the extra mile and give 100% are well fitted with this campus. Students, parents and staff who prefer not to strive for excellence will find themselves in the minority and might want to look for other options for their education.
