  • I called and left a message for a counselor to call me regarding my son's grades and followed up with 2 emails and still never got a response. i finally called again and talked with the counselor who said he would call my son in to talk with him regarding his grades. he never called my son in to talk to him, and never returned my call to let me know that they had a plan for his make up of failed classes
