My sister and I both go to Brookville High School and in two years have not even heard of a racial problem. Brookville continues to have and maintain high standards for education, sports, bands and every aspect of high school life. That first report seems a little fishy to me. Perhaps a rival school student trying to make us look bad?

I have found Brookville High School to be an excellent tool for learning and for extra curricular activities. This is especially true for the excellent Brookville Bands. Parental involvement is high at Brookville and that improves nearly every situation.

F is a ridiculous rating by a disgruntled student. All the kids are scared to death of being accused of using the "N" word because of the draconian overreaction that would incur. Brookville is a excellent HS I know I have a kid there. Considering Campbell county's modest resources they get a lot of bang for the buck. Wish I could say that for the city of Lynchburg. Many folks live in Campbell or Bedford counties to stay away from the city school system unless they can afford one of the couple of excellent private schools there.
