Learn about the sides of shapes
Materials Needed
Shapes - Circle, square, rectangle, triangle, oval, hexagon, octagon, and others with different sizes.
Procedure
First, you will introduce the basic shapes such as circle, triangle, square, and rectangle. Talk about the shapes and how many sides each shape has. You can make up a shape and personalize each shape as if the shape spoke about itself. This would help students learn. Once the students have learned these shapes, you can add the others.
Grading
You can grade the students on how well they know the shapes.
