St. Madeleine Sophie Catholic School provided my children with a loving environment in which to grow spiritually, socially, and academically. It was comforting to know that the Christian values and respect we practice at home were reinforced at school. My sons were given the opportunity to exercise their faith by participating in daily prayer as well as special prayer services and liturgical events. They learned social skills, team work and self-confidence as they took part in Student Council activities, fieldtrips, bowling, and class projects. The dedicated teachers at SMS challenged them to do their best in all academic areas. The background my sons received at SMS prepared them to excel as they continued their education. I can say that my boys received the best foundation for life a parent could ask for from St. Madeleine Sophie School.

As the father of two graduates from St. Madeleine Sophie School, I would like you to know how pleased I was with the spiritual and educational experience my sons received while students there. The academic journey through St. Madeleine's takes place in an environment where children are taught that spirituality and Christian values are important throughout life. I have known many graduates from St. Madeleine's and one quality they all possess is the importance they place on spirituality. From the academic standpoint, dedicated and experienced faculty provide the basis for solid programs in math, science, reading, and foreign language. I credit much of my sons' success at the secondary level to the well rounded education they received at St. Madeleine's. I feel they left St. Madeleine's well prepared, confident and with the discipline required to excel and take on leadership roles at the high school level.

We just loved the experience we had with SMS! Our son is now entering high school and has been in the top of his class since entering sixth grade at Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons. There is no doubt that SMS gave him the foundation to excel not only in academics, but in his faith and character. The teachers at SMS are dedicated, faith-filled, innovative people. Parents are encouraged to be involved in every aspect of their children's school lives. The values our son experienced every day at school match the values we live at home. How important since our children are at school for so much of their lives.

St. Madeleine Sophie School is a wonderful school. The teachers and staff provide a safe, family enviornment for your child. Real solid values are taught while providing a sound education that includes foreign language, music and art in additional to the regular courses. My daughter is a graduate and the strong academic background that SMS provided helped her excel in middle school. It has given her that extra edge that puts her ahead of her peers as she moves on to high school.
