  • We never appreciate our school or her teachers enough when we are students. I want to rectify that now. It has been almost 30 years since I graduated St. Ann's and have stayed in touch with faculty and staff over the years and while some of the names and faces have changed the quality remains the same. I was, at best a B/C student while at St. Ann's but when I moved on to O'maley and then to the high school I was one of the smart kids. Apart from the excellent academic standards, and maybe more important than them, was the moral and spiritual education we recieved. Most of the people I knew in school have moved on to become important members of our community, bankers, nurses, police and firemen, business owners and teachers. The most common thread is that we are involved in our community. Volunteers, community organizations and events, fund raisers and general support, ask around and you will find a current or former student of St. Ann School. The highest praise I can give to this school and her faculty and staff is that I send my own children there.
