I attended this school from first to eighth grades with my family holding all intentions to keep me there until graduation. Unfortunately, the matronly principal of the school is only just so when one shares in her worldview, and a student in the grade ahead of me did not agree with her on the subject of religion. Therefore, this student found himself on the receiving end of an expulsion, and the student's grandfather (who served on the schoolboard) stepped down. This caused the subsequent expulsions of 5-6 other students in that semester, as well as the stepping down of one of the student's fathers (who was also on the board). The next year, several other non-Christians were removed from the school, for no other purpose than their lack of religion. The first expelled student was my brother, and I left after that year terminated in order to escape the distrust that the administration seemed to feel for me. While their grades are of a high standard, I would discourage any person from sending their student to this school after the 6th or 7th grade (the expelled students were all in 9th grade and above, but 8th graders were targeted). So, I give the school a 2/5, only because their lower school programs make up ever so slightly for the bigotry of the attitudes towards the upper school students. If your student has any sports aspirations, do not send them to this school, as there are not enough students to field any legitimate teams.
