  • I am 33 yrs old. I attended agape boarding school while it was in othello, Washington. I was 12 or 13. Though I left and ended up in trouble including prison principles I learned while there have at the lowest times in my life given me direction. Agape fostered the things my parents failed to provide me. I partially blame going home to the same environment to my downfall. Parents unhealthy relationship at home can derail all agape teaches the boys. You must take advantage of rebuilding your relationship with your child. It was the memories of agape that while in prison at 18 years old played in my mind and gave me the direction to make better choices. Agape planted seeds in me. Though I didn't enjoy it then I am grateful for Mr. And Mrs. Clemensen, brother brian brother Burton, Scott Fogg, and my best friend while there Robert Graves. I believe in what they do there. Wish I could say I left and had a perfect life but my testimony is the seeds they planted have taken root. Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.

  • I went to Agape in 1992. Luckily after three months I met a christian counselor that had a big heart. The owners were cold and legalistic. If I never would have met brother Wayne I would have never got saved. Kill Legalism and serve Christ!!

  • My son is on his 2nd year at Agape and has completely changed his life around. He has asked to remain for his last two years of high school. I don't know what we would've done without this wonderful school, their wonderful staff, and the way the Lord has worked through them to reach our boy.

  • I love the opportunity to work with these teenagers. Our hope and prayer is that each student leaves here prepared to be a good Christian, a hard worker, a good citizen, and re-establish relationships with their family. I love to hear from former students so if you are a former student reading this...give us a call at the school.

  • This is a wonderful school, it has changed my son's life. He has learned how to work, and be a strong confident young man. My son learned so much filth at the "so called" christian school he went to for elementry. He has made a remarkable transformation. Sending him to Agape was the best decision I could have ever made.

  • I went to the schoo as a student. I knew the kid who tried to hang himself with a bathrobe. I also witnessed multiple student spit in his food every day when he was on suicide watch. I had a double ear infection with 2 ruptured ear drums and I was refused all pain medication and medical attention until I went 3 day with no sleep while being worked out everyday, and finally one of the nice staff members stood up for me. his scholl is no joke. I have been out for 3 years on may 25th 2010 and I am still trying to fix my mind. I could function sociall at all for over a year, but Im finall doin better- Travis Moller

  • I was first put into trinity transitional academy a boys home now grace for girls. they moved us all over to Agape after Trinity shut down. I have seen students beaten by staff refused medication told that they were going to burn in hell if they did not conform to the schools doctrine , I have seen students have to walk around in their bath robes all day , I have seen students ask to talk to a lawyer and be denied making emancipation impossible I have seen students go there and change their ways and still be left there because they are a paycheck for the school . I have seen students run away and get caught and brought back to the school by the police. So if you don't value your sons state of mind and think that they are not entitled to rights as human beings in the FREE good old U.S.A. and you want to see if he can be pushed to suicide then by all means send your son to Agape and let them raise up your child to be all that THEY want him to be . Hey maybe you'll get lucky and they will stay on as staff after they graduate from their non accredited school and abuse the next generation of young boys.

  • First off,let me begin by saying that not all the staff at agape were in capable of human reason.that being said,I was a student at agape boarding school for 15 months.my experience at agape was one that was a nightmare manifested.I arrived at agape in September 2006 at age 13.I was strip searched.my hair was shaved.I was routinely verbally and mentally abused.before agape,I had never used drugs or alcohol, but while I was there I always heard from all the "cool"students that that was the way to go so shortly after returning home I tried both of these things.I was not allowed to speak to my parents for a month.we worked long hours doing seemingly meaningless tasks while the staff sat back and watched.if u are thinking of sending your son there, I plead with you to reconsider.these men will push there ideas on to your son and crush his individuality.I witnessed with my own eyes a kid try to hang himself with a bath robe.I am convinced there are better options then such methods

  • The staff would always help me when I asked for it on anything I would need help on. They were able to turn my life around from becoming a murder to a good productive member of society. I love this school. Robert
