  • I went here in the mid 1970's and I recall it was a kick-ass school. Too bad things change negatively sometimes. Based on the reviews I would never want to even visit. I will keep my memories as I remember them- a perfect, close-knit school with good friends. My review is what I would have given it in 1977.

  • Too poor quality in education, the director not have manner to handle the school. The school not have a clean. And bathrooms in bad conditions.

  • My child has attended this school for 4 years. She never went out of her way to learn and wasn't interested in college. The headmaster and teachers encouraged her and she has been accepted to college! Class size is wonderful! Homework is as challenging as the student wants it to be. I would encourage anyone looking for a small private school to look into this one.

  • This school is horrible! It’s not even an accredited school. The website says it is, BUT ITS NOT! The head master is hardly ever there. the school is going down hill! My kid will not be returning next year. Public schools offer much more then this school.

  • My daughter has attended Collegiate for 6 years. The school is the lowest cost, non-religiously affiliated private school in NJ. The class size is limited to 15 children maximum -- quite a relief from the overcrowded public schools, to say the least! The teachers are experienced, and their is a great sense of community given the small size of the school. Your child will NOT be lost in the crowd at Collegiate. My daughter receives all the attention she needs to excel in school. Bottom line -- this is an excellent school, especially for the money!
