  • Ivy League pre-school is a fantastic, educational environment. We looked at a lot of schools and none quite compared. Kalee was reading at age 3 and loves math and music, all of which was fostered from the loving, encouraging teachers that she has had here. Our daughter loves it and has learned so much, we can't wait for our son to experience it too!

  • "At the Ivy League School they focus on my son's strengths, not his weaknesses. They appreciate and praise him for who he is. They know where he excels and use these areas as stepping stones for learning and building his
self esteem. They have also identified those areas in which he needs some support, and they gently, consistently and effectively help him with these skills. I get detailed feedback every day and really feel like a member of a
team working to provide my son with the best school experience a parent could ask for."

  • To understand the difference between the Ivy League School and the typical
public school, think of an oak tree growing in an open field versus one
growing in a crowded forest. The tree in the open field grows wide first,
then tall more slowly resulting in a tree that is well-rounded and broad in
dimension. The forest tree is quite different in that it grows tall quickly
but only has a few branches. Now take away the forest and compare the trees.
I want my child to be like the tree that grew in the open field!"

One of Ivy League's strengths is that is can meet the needs of every child
in a class. Every child is different and has different strengths and
challenges. With small classes, a teacher has the ability to take more time
with a child if she needs it and master a part of the curriculum or
challenge the child is she learns that particular lesson rather quickly.
It's individually tailored education. Another major strength is its teaching
staff. The well-rounded curriculum is magnificent, but can only be as
dynamic as the people delivering it. Their excitement and passion is
contagious and is the reason my daughter loves the school. Their love of
teaching creates a love of learning.

  • At Ivy League, our children have learned faster and with a rekindled love of learning. My husband and I love the close attention paid to individual needs, strengths and areas of challenge. This school fosters a proactive approach to building life-long learners by promoting encouragement rather than criticism, lauding children for their gifts while respectfully guiding them through rough areas - until they succeed!
