  • I have a very bright special needs daughter in Elementary school at OCA. She is at the top of her class, and far ahead of her grade level peers in public school. While I feel terrbly for the parent wh had a terrible experience, many graduates come back from their Freshman year of college to THANK their OCA teachers. Independently, they all state OCA made their first year of college a walk in the park. This includes graduates of THE NAVAL ACADEMY. Terribly weak? My third grader has the math skills of a middle schooler and the science skills of a high schooler. OCA is doing a great job with her.

  • My son attended OCA for three of his high school years. We had to seek outside math instruction - this year he took his math at the local Tech college - and last years Chemistry was pretty much a loss. Their math and science is terribly weak. On the bright side, the Spanish teacher is great. There are also other issues - before making such an important decision, perhaps look into it more than I did.
