  • I attended this school from 1994-1996 and the principal that was there at the time of my studies was completely racist. I never learned spirituality or acceptance while there. During 1994 there was a Sister (Principal) there that was willing to work with me even though I had only been in the United States for 6 years. She pushed me and gave me a positive outlook to my future. After that... Ms. "B" was a seriously discriminative individual with no consideration for what the student felt. I remember sitting in front of her while my mother sat, scared and confused, she completed every sentence by focusing on my negative (being bilingual and from Mexico). Now, I am a MARRIED mother of 1. I am in Medical school and am very proud of the things that (she'd probably) made me feel proud of. The Art and Music Teacher are not to blame, the exception...for the blindness and discrimination I felt at that school. I am now, spiritual and have achieved more than they (Ms. B) have ever thought I would... spiritually and mentally.

Do NOT send your child to this school if you want her/him to be set to the rules of catholic education. Christianity teaches acceptance and love. This school has none of that.

Thanks to Rev. Patrick Flores (and a very determined mother), I was allowed to stay at that school, even though I was a Mexican Citizen. I'd never put my child in a school that closeminded.
