Founded in 1997, Vermont Commons School is an independent, college preparatory day school, located in South Burlington, VT for students in grades 7-12. Noted for offering a rigorous academic program taught by a dedicated faculty, with an average class size of just 12 students, Vermont Commons is proud to teach students who are academically motivated and intellectually curious. The school serves students who are primarily from the greater Chittenden County area, although some students travel from as far as Middlebury, Waitsfield, and towns along the Canadian border and the Plattsburgh, NY area. Approximately 25% of the student body receives need based financial aid. Courses are offered on a semester and year long basis.
