Terrible place. Unclean facility, lack of supervision. I find it incredulous
that this parent would speak of this place in such warm and friendly terms.
The gates are unlocked which allow for easy access by uninvited visitors.
No one really strictly signs in on the sign on sheet. There is dirt everywhere. I would not send my child here, unless I was a sadist and wanted to damage her self-esteem.

My daughter is now almost 4 and started with Serendipity in Monrovia at 19 months old. She came from a very loving home daycare so I was a bit nervous about putting her in a "daycare center" environment. I have been delighted with this school from day one. The Director and teachers are great with the kids and interactive with parents. The kids days are structured so that they know the routine yet still flexible and fun. They focus on developmental milestones and each child is treated as an individual. The staff is affectionate, kind hearted and all around really great people. I feel so fortunate to have found this place where I know my daughter is safe, well cared for and loved. With all the negative stories in the news about irresponsible daycare programs, Serendipity shines as a beacon for parents in the SGV. I rate them A+.
