  • The school's reputation is on a steep decline as many of the employees are unsatisfied with company's benefit package (if you can call it that). 5 days sick leave only, no pay raises, no real work breaks. They force you to sign a waiver as you are required to stay with students during these so call breaks and that includes lunch. You have to sit with your students at lunch time. Employee moral is extremely low as there seems to be a double standard within the organization (admin v. classroom staff).
    if you are seek for a teacher position, look somewhere else.
