Founded in 1979, St. Margaret's is a coeducational, independent, college-preparatory day school serving 1,200 students in preschool through grade 12. The St. Margaret's mission is to educate the hearts and minds of young people for lives of learning, leadership and service. St. Margaret's Episcopal School is situated on a picturesque twenty-acre campus in historic San Juan Capistrano. St. Margaret's Episcopal School is as a vital member of the San Juan Capistrano community and educational landscape of Southern California. In the Episcopal tradition, we emphasize moral integrity, spiritual growth, compassion, and responsibility. We seek diversity and acknowledge the dignity of each individual within a community framework that emphasizes teamwork, mutual respect, service and commitment to the common good.
