  • After deciding with our son to enroll into Lowell Whiteman, Lowell Whiteman sent a bill for $2,000 more than the stated tuition and called it additional charges. Very misleading. When I asked them why, the response was that they had held open a spot in the dorm. There were, however, many open beds in the dorm. I should have known by this trickery to run, and run fast. This was just the beginning of the problems. During the first few days of school, our son was offered to smoke drugs with the other dorm kids. When brought to the attention of school officials that kids were going out of the dorm to smoke drugs, they ignored the issue. The response was that if our son was committed to the school, it would not be a problem. Needless to say, I would advise you to find another school.
