  • Nobody in this place is a certified Teacher. The owner doesn't have any teaching expirience and her spanish knoledge is very bad. We were looking for a place for my child since my husband is from Colombia. This is not the place to learn Spanish and is also very dirty.

  • Spanish Academy has been such an enrichment for my children. This last school year was their first year in attendance in the pre-school program at their new Bellevue campus. My kids builts a very fond relationship with their teacher and they went from speaking no spanish to speaking far more words than I had expected. Every day they sing their spanish songs with pure joy. Each day at pick up they would proudly show me the hands on project they completed that day. My children look forward to attending Spanish Academy every day.

  • Both our boys, now 7 and 9, attended Spanish Acfademy through preschool years. What a wonderful experience! Not only did they pick up their Spanish skills, they also blossomed socially and academically. We loved our years there and wish we could go back and do it all over again. The Spanish curriculum is "top notch"; high quality materials. The teachers were kind, supportive and highly qualified. Administration was extremely open and reactive to client feedback, making adjustments to daily activities as needed.
The setting is absolutely beautiful, and we loved the amount of time students were able to spend outside exploring nature, working and interacting with the animals, and even taking the classroom outside on spectacular days.

  • My son has attended the Bellevue campus this year. Although he only attends this school two days a week he has progressed so much since the beginning of this year in how much Spanish he can speak and comprehend. The class size is small which I think has been very helpful and he really likes his teacher. He has enjoyed learning the songs in Spanish and will sing them in the car on the way home. This has been a great introduction to Spanish and will be very helpful when he attends full day Spanish immersion kindergarten in the fall.

  • The Spanish Academy has been a great place a learning for our 4 year old son and now our 2 year old daughter. Our son especially has learned so much about Spanish since the teachers speak Spanish about 95% of the time. My husband and I believe this type of learning environment will be very beneficial to our children's learning later on in life especially as we travel and when it comes time to continue their education in foreign language. The student to teacher ratio is very low so we feel our children get a great deal of one on one attention and this helps them learn quicker with details given and boosts their confidence at the same time. The environment at SA is wonderful from the animals the children get to learn about, the nature walks and the generous amount of materials and learning tools available in the classroom. The communication with the teachers here is excellent as well, when ever we have a question or concern these are quickly addressed. This has been a great experience for our children the last two years and we will continue our son into the Kindergarten program and our daughter into the pre k program next year.

  • SA combines learning through hands on experience with acadamia. Extended Spanish book work is available with an emphasis on cultural learning. There is a very low teacher/student ratio which helps children excell in correct communication. Although aging, the facility is well organized and utilizes the great outdoors whenever possible.
