  • my name is kerry mcdermott and my older brother, joe mcdermott was one of the first to start norwich high and graduate in 1988. I too attended this school and was due to graduate in 1989,however, my gradfather pased away in jan.'89 and I moved to Pomona,Ca. where I graduated from a school twice the size of NFA and the director of norwich high at the time I went, nancy young, helped me out to the point where I graduated a year ahead of schedual. Also, with the help of the staff and students I found enough self-esteem in myself to go,and to graduate from college. I always wanted to be a veterinarian, however, even though I was excepted into UCDAVIS,School of Veternarian medicine, my parents became ill and I took over;and still run my parents ranch for animals with special needs and I owe my good fortune to going to Norwich High. I also made a best friend,of 23 years through that school (Stacey Hammill LaClair ) and I am very proud to tell people that I went there. Would love to hear from other students from Norwwich High, past and present.
