Hello I attended the adult cosmetology course in the 80's and have been having trouble getting ahold of my transcripts.I live in Illinois and would like to get back to work here and the only piece of paper that Illinois needs is this one please can you help It has so far taken me since 2009 and a very long trail of paer work.
