  • The whole education system stinks and that is why so many people are turning to homeschooling. In reference to the comment about school board members being employed because they know what they are doing, just because they sit on the school board doesn't mean they know what they are doing or what is going on in the school or care a bit about any of the students. Most people that sit on school boards are there for a paycheck. If anyone had a clue about the education system they would know it needs an overhaul.

  • EHS has so much potential except it currently has no leadership. The teachers, other administrators, staff, and students must do what the principal asks or their career at EHS is over. I too, love the new iron bars around the school. It keeps the students in and the community out.

  • i wish i could comment on some of these reviews because people make no sense for example the student on may 08 2009 you are complaining that not enough work is being given out yet you are failing many classes and why should you get benefits when all your doing is slacking off getting F's on your report card and on august 20 2009 he/she is complaining about the dress code that was issued by the SCHOOL BOARD who obviously know what they are doing or wouldn't be employed. your complaining about the dress code when you should be worried about your education put on a t-shirt and jeans and go learn how to spell cause' i see many errors on your review.

  • Eustis High School, many things could be said; but the first one that comes to mind is: Terrible. Most of the teachers are Awefully rude and don't listen to their students. The administration is okay. But they don't help students like their suppsosed to. A teacher (Mrs. Almonte) insulted me personally and when i spoke to the administration at the curtright canter; nothing was done. She didn't even get written up. Also at curtright, the rules are obsurd. I understand "no spagettih straps" ,but "no ripped jeans" i don't get. There was a girl who didn't know the rule and she got suspended for having a rip. You couldn't even see any skin. That is insane. Some of the rules should of never been made.
Overall, i believe Eustis High School barely deserves the 2 rating i gave them.

  • eustis is okay. there are defiantly some teachers who need help. but there's a couple (...) that know very well what they are doing and are amazing at it. the administration is pretty much clueless though. i definitely don't trust them as far as i can throw them after the new (...)came the school has gone down hill in administration and the students are getting most of the crappy parts of it

  • i think that eustis is a good school. but there are some things that are wrong. i think that Some of the teachers arent teaching enough to us students. just letting us slack off. i want a education. and also there is this one teacher that many students are having problems with and we have gone straight to the admistators and they have not done nothing. she can not teach us and she is about as clueless as we are. Also she isnt even majored in the class that she is teaching. I am Failing like many others and she hasnt even givin us an example on how she teaches... (mrs. campell, Science). also the rules are okay. but i think that we should get more benefits.
