  • My son started three weeks ago and was not assigned a primary therapist because they didn't have one hired yet! We also have had extremely limited communication with them even when we call them and ask for a meeting. We may be taking him out of this program.

  • My son was assigned a new-to-the-place therapist on his second day there; her first day. Within two weeks, he was reassigned to an intern (due to internal reorganization). Except for two calls about his smoking cigarettes, the first substantive communication from Lifespan's therapist came at the five week mark. IEP paperwork lost. Academic staff were very responsive. Therapeutic staff wanted to help, but my son didn't follow their rules/regulations (hey, that's why he was there!) and the staff didn't seem able to work with him.
