  • The schools believed that the thicker the book, the better it is for the children! I've got the biggest backpack there is and its for college kids and still the books and binders DO NOT fit into the backpack. I could hardly lift the backpack myself without extra loads to carry in my hand. It is no wonder my children complain of back ache. Of all the textbooks, I've noticed that the children barely finished the whole book or three quarters of the book by the end of school year. So, why the thick heavy book???? If that is the case, wouldn't it be cheaper to load the books online so that the children may access it and the school can save the money on the wasted textbooks?? I am concerned not only for my own children but also others whose parents have also complained of the heavy load they carried. I do not want my children to be the HUNCH BACK OF NORWIN!!! What can the school do about it?
